Me and my wife travelled to Mai Chau. David our tour guide and our driver were brilliant. The guide was very informative in explaining everything to do with Mai Chau. The place was very beautiful and would be easy to have stayed here for a night than just doing a day trip. He made the experience of seeing Mai Chau a pleasure andour driver was a excellent bus driver. As a added bonus was kicking around the shuttlecock during one of our stops. Lots of fun and loosen all the muscles up after being in the bus for 2 1/2 hours. The bus we travelled in was very comfortable as well. If I'm back in Hanoi I will come back Mai Chau

Made a great trip around Mai Chau with a delicious and exotic food, then we wandered around through Mai Chau and it was amazing, the guide went with me and showed beautiful spots, and explained very well about the traditions and the culture of the Thai people and Kinh who lived around the area. He was super kind with me and made me feel very welcome. Totally recommended!

The countryside is just like in the movies!!! Beautiful and peaceful. We had trek through the rice paddies and villages and hills. It was a really enriching experience, it took me to a world prior to the industrial revolution, a world where everything was done by hand. Mind you, Im not that naive to know that Mai Chau is at this point a hot tourist destination and the villagers are very aware of it. Nevertheless seeing the wooden houses with people still keeping their animals in the lower floor and they sleeping over. It was really an amazing experience. I highly recommend it.
