Over nearly four centuries of existence, Non Nuoc fine-art stone products have confirmed its position in the market.
Non Nuoc stone carving village was formed from the middle of the 17th century to the early 18th century. The ancestor of the stone carving profession of this village was a native of Thanh Hoa, named Huynh Ba Quat, who had the merit of bringing stone craft from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang. In the village, there is still the "Thach Nghe To Su" temple; January 6 of the lunar year every year is the ancestral day of Non Nuoc stone village.
Made of the marble blocks taken from Marble Mountain, the stone statues in Non Nuoc have the beauty that no traditional stone village has, it is also part of the reason that Non Nuoc craft village becomes one of Danang's favorite tourist destinations.
