To get to Nguom Ngao cave, from Hanoi, you can travel by motorbikes or passenger cars. If traveling by bus, there is a direct route bus from Hanoi to Ban Gioc.
From there, you can walk or rent a motorbike to get to Nguom Ngao cave because the distance is only about 3km. If you like trekking, you should walk to see the beautiful scenery of the mountains and forests on both sides of the road.

Scientific researchers say that Nguom Ngao cave is a limestone cave formed about 300 million years ago.

Coming to Nguom Ngao cave, visitors will be overwhelmed by the majestic and sparkling beauty here. The cave is 2,144m long but has just been exploited and put into operation about 900m, including three main gates: Nguom Ngao, Nguom Lom, and Nguom Ban Thuon.
Looking at the wall, visitors will be "hypnotized" by the fascinating images: mother's milk gourd, god toad, rock, coral reefs, waterfalls, upside down lotus or stone columns. All of them are created by nature from limestone stalactites and bamboo shoots.
