Where is Hanoi French Quarter located?
Hanoi Old Quarter is located in the west and north of Hoan Kiem Lake consisting of 36 streets, each street concentrates on selling a different item. The limit of the old town in the north is Hang Dau Street, in the west is Phung Hung Street, in the south are streets of Hang Bong, Hang Gai, Cau Go and Hang Thung, in the east are Tran Quang Khai and Tran Nhat Duat Streets.

Hoan Kiem lake
Hoan Kiem Lake also has another name Sword Lake, this lake is associated with the legend of the golden turtle demanding the sword. Hoan Kiem Lake is located in the city center, which attracts many domestic and foreign tourists. Besides the lake, there are many other tourist attractions: Ngoc Son temple, Pen tower, The Huc Bridge. Here you can enjoy the famous Trang Tien ice cream. Hoan Kiem Lake is a place not to be missed when traveling to Hanoi Old Quarter.
Ngoc Son temple
Ngoc Son Temple is located on Ngoc island of Hoan Kiem Lake, this is a place of worship of Van Xuong and the Holy Tran. To enter the temple, you have to go through The Huc Bridge. The complex of Ngoc Son Temple is classified as a national monument in Vietnam. Here you will learn about the legend of Hoan Kiem Lake or the history of Hanoi.
Dong Xuan market
Dong Xuan Market is one of the largest markets in Hanoi and also the largest market located in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Here you will witness the bustling shopping. You can go to Dong Xuan Market to buy gifts to bring back home.
Hang Ma street
Located in the Old Quarter, Hang Ma Street is considered one of the most crowded and colorful streets in Hanoi. Especially on holidays and festivals, the street is adorned with lanterns, glowing toys, balloons that make this place not only filled with sound, color, light, but also imbued with spiritual imprints of Eastern people.

As one of the attractive places to visit in the Old Quarter, the old house in 87 Ma May is a traditional type of house that recreates the living space, the characteristic of ancient Hanoi people. The house is open regularly for tourists to visit, the entrance ticket price is 10,000 VND.
