Sapa Tour Option 04 (3 days/4 nights)

Overview:

This is a wonderful trip to beautiful Sapa of Lao Cai and Bac Ha market. Within three day time, you will have chance to visit some major beauty spots of Sapa including 5 villages: Cat Cat, Sin Chai, Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van; Visit Black H’Mong, Dzay minorities, Flower Hmong and then Phu La, Black Dao, Tay, Nung minorities in Bac Ha.

Get started: Taxi will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train at 9:15 PM to get to Lao Cai Station.

Overnight on the train.

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Lao cai – Sapa – Cat Cat – Sapa (B/L/D)

Get picked up from Lao Cai then transfer to Sapa. Check in hotel and have breakfast at local restaurant. Trek around 10 kms to visit 2 villages of the Black H'mong (Cat Cat and Sin Chai).

Picnic lunch at a waterfall and this is a chance to see the hydroelectric power station established by the French. Jeep from Cat cat back to Sapa roughly 4:00 PM.

Stay the night in Hotel.

Day 2: Sapa – Bac Ha Market – Sapa (B/L/D)

Bac Ha is the largest Sunday market in the area as well as the most colorful one. Here you can meet mostly Flower H'mong and then Phu La, Black Dao, Tay, Nung minorities. The market offers a variety of local products, which could not be found in other areas. The animal market will be also very interesting.

After having breakfast, you will travel by car to Bac Ha, which is 70 km Northeast of Lao Cai. The ride is relatively flat from Lao Cai to Bao Nhai, where you will be taken through rural area. Bac Ha is the largest market in the area, situated inside the small town of Bac Ha. On every Sunday mornings, it is literally a riot of color as many different ethnic groups such as Flower H'mong, Phu La, Black Dao, Tay, Nung minorities... gather to buy and sell. After spending the whole morning exploring the market, your lunch will be served in a local restaurant (paid by yourself).

After, explore the local village of Tay, Dzay.. then get back to Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa – Lao Cai Station (B)

We will walk on small paths and trails to reach Lao Chai and Tavan Village to visit the Day tribes, where we will have unique homestay experience among hill tribe people. Picnic lunch is on the way and then we keep going along the bottom of the Sapa valley. Late of the day, get picked up back to Lao Cai RWS for catching an overnight train back to Hanoi.

Dinner is at Lao Cai station (paid by yourself). Overnight is on the train.

End of service.
